On your initial visit, one of our award-winning doctors will provide a consultation, complete health history, examination, and x-rays. Please allow 1 hour for your first visit. We ask that you complete your new patient paperwork before your scheduled appointment time. These forms can be printed from the, “Patient Forms” link. If you are unable to have these completed we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
In addition, we will educate you about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including exercise, diet, and nutrition.
